America
The United States of America, commonly known as America, is a federal republic composed of its 50 states, Washington, D.C., five territories, and remote islands. The contiguous 48 states and the federal district are located in central North America, bordered by the Atlantic Ocean to the east, the Pacific Ocean to the west, Canada to the north, and Mexico and the Gulf of Mexico to the south. The mainland lies in the temperate and subtropical zones. Alaska, located in the northwest of the North American continent, is bordered by Canada to the east and faces Russia across the Bering Strait. Hawaii, a chain of islands in the central Pacific, is also part of the country, along with numerous overseas territories and island regions in the Caribbean Sea and Pacific Ocean.

Oahu is a volcanic island with a coastline stretching 365 kilometers. Known as the 'Island of Convergence,' it is the third-largest island in the Hawaiian Islands and the most populous. The capital of Hawaii, Honolulu, is located on its southeastern coast, as is the state's air gateway, HONOLULU International Airport.
Hawaii Island Hawai'i
Hawaii Island, also known as the Big Island or Volcano Island, features rich volcanic activity with five shield volcanoes on the island. It is home to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, where Mauna Loa, standing at 4,170 meters, has a massive crater five kilometers in diameter that frequently erupts with lava, making it a world-famous active volcano. The island is renowned for its macadamia nut and Kona coffee production. Its most famous volcanic ash black sand beaches offer close-up views of volcanic craters.
